Also the exact date of PreAlpha is not set yet.
They just mentioned to want to enter it end of the year.

The release of the pre alpha is planned for this fall 2018. The only way to get the access to the pre alpha is to join the foundation, level up and be lucky

@pdzinho The pre-alpha is scheduled for late this year. Fractured will certainly have ranged weapons, including bows.
