Noob problem? Can’t purchase a founders pack

I cannot purchase a package, however I am able to purchase as a gift for another player. Is expected to not be be able to purchase new package purchases at this time?

@Mindriot We need more details. What exactly isn't working? Maybe you already own a pack? Since you can gift one but not buy one.

@Specter what exactly is not working? The button to “buy for me” does not work, at all, and for any package.
I do not own a package as shown below.

@Mindriot Are you using a script blocker/pop-up blocker of some kind that's preventing the button from working?

@Specter there's some problem going on with the website. Some people can't log in on their account. It could be related with this issue.

@Specter I’m using my phone - no pop up blocker. Also reproducible on PC with Chrome. That wouldn’t really be relevant since the button to gift is functioning.

Hi @Mindriot, so what's happening is that the button does nothing after you click it - no popup opens? If so, it means something is preventing the Xsolla purchase popup to open on your browser (the gift button opens a different type of popup, but if you input a username then try to complete the gift purchase, I'm pretty sure nothing would happen there as well).
If you have another email address, could you create a new account then try with that one?

Probably a stupid question as you most likely have tried it already.
Tried using a different browser?iirc there was a similar issue to this last year that was resolved by turning off Adblock or using a different browser.

@Mindriot First of all try checking if you have already bought the pack: https://fracturedmmo.com/store/my-history/#money
After you are sure you haven't purchased it already then like @Zori said if you haven't already then try using a different browser, because it could be a pop-up problem.
And if even that doesn't work try from a different device, like your smartphone or laptop/tablet.
If you are using chrome, it does prevent some kind of pop-ups from opening so you can try disabling chrome's safe browsing option (temporarily) and then enable it after the purchase, if you don't know how to disable "safe browsing" just search it on youtube.
