[FRAC-2307] At zoomed out Map, Town Tooltips gone crazy big

I got today a crazy big Tooltip at zoomed out map.
I can't reproduce it, after i zoomed in and out and they turned normal again.
But maybe a useful hint:
Usually the Map Marker fade out at around 50% zoom, but i had at fully zoomed out Map very very tiny map marker and then this incredible big tooltip came up.

I've had that happen. It goes away quickly but it's weird, huh?
