Hello a few questions
-
is this open pvp also are there any previous exclusive items given that are now not obtainable?
-
It is open pvp on 1 planet, criminal pvp on a second, and no pvp on a third. There is no pay to win items in the game, only pay for cosmetics, therefore there are no "exclusive items" that have been given other than cosmetic items.
-
oh ok so you guys have given items that are no longer obtainable?

Hello!
Fractured is so named because, in the story, what was once one planet was split into three (alongside a ton of smaller asteroids.) Once completed, Fractured will take place across these three planets, which each have their own game rules:
- Arboreus is the "Good" planet and home to the Beastmen. Open PVP is not possible on this planet, and Evil characters such as Demons will be forcibly ejected. The vast majority of Arboreus's surface is an instant kill to Evil characters, while the limited area they can enter will repel them within minutes.
- Syndesia is the "Neutral" planet and home to the Humans. Mostly-open PVP is permitted with a justice system similar to Ultima Online. Demons can temporarily manifest on Syndesia but suffer a strong debuff and will be expelled after a few hours - except when Tartaros eclipses Syndesia, during which Demons have no limitations.
- Tartaros is the "Evil" planet and home to the Demons. Lawless PVP is permitted everywhere outside of a small noob area equivalent to a nesting ground. The only law is that imposed by the strongest.
All three planets have their own early, middle, and endgame; there is no "graduation" between them to progress through the game. If it turns out that some planets have more desirable materials, players will most likely become merchants and hawk them between planets anyway, so their inhabitants won't need to go get them themselves.
It is possible for Beastmen, who begin Good, to malafest themselves into Abominations by turning Evil. They will then be treated identically to Demons in this planet system.
It is also possible for Demons, who begin Evil, to recreate themselves as Angels by turning Good. They will then be treated identically to Beastmen in this planet system.
So far as I know, these transformations are not reversible.
