Awesome question!
Feedback: Quite often we see comments like "This sucks fix it" in the gaming world and players seem to think that's meaningful feedback. From a developer standpoint that's nearly useless. Breaking down why something is in a poor state, providing MEANINGFUL feedback and starting/participating a discussion that developers can seriously use.
Tools: Some players have taken time to make awesome tools for the community such as enchanting spreadsheets, create guides or contribute to filling out the Fractured Wiki.
Anything else: I am certain there are other things out there that would make me say "WOW! A lot of work went into this and this is something I didn't even know we needed." Get creative!
