[A2.2.0] Starter Town - Enchanting Table not usable

You can use the stuff in starter town well, except the Enchanting table.
You can open the Enchanting Window, but if you try to place something in it, it does not drop it there, instead it is going back to your inventory.

I also had that issue with 2 outdoor tanning tubs.

@Jimbolini @Prometheus has said on the patch notes that that is intentional. I believe it's because I could steal the lether you put in there hahahah makes sense
