Fractured vs Lost Ark... Thoughts?

Which one is going to be better in the long run? I feel both are going to live up to the hype and become what WoW and Guild Wars were back in the day.

@megad3ath let's start at least the fact that Fractured will be released in 2021, and Lost ark you can enjoy this year. So by the release of the game, you have fully understand all the chips of this game and be able to get new impressions of Fractured

@megad3ath Lost ark can be compared to PoE or Diablo3, the only thing that share with fractured is more or less the graphic but is more like an istanced&lobby game..
And.. we have an AAA budget vs our limited budget. If you ask i think Fractured will survive longer, Lost Ark seems like other casual, grind and empty games.Btw on Reddit you used a ref code as a link, but is not a good idea and is not reccomanded by Devs as it can bring the opposite effect of good visibility..

Look like Lost Ark is super linear. I agree it looks like a casual 'kill a bunch of enemies' type game. Not that those are bad every now and then, but I don't think these two games are going to be in competition as suggested in the OP.

The way you see the world is the same, but other then that, they are 2 different genres of games.
Lost Ark is an ARPG, like Path of Exile and Diablo. While Fractured is an RPG. See Fractured more like the old RPG's like Baldur's Gate, but then online.And besides, as far as I know, we don't even know for sure yet if Lost Ark will get an EU/US release.

@evolgrinz Fractured is Sandbox RPG so not like Baldur's Gate - it's a bit like EVE and old Star Wars. The isometric look can make you think about Baldur's Gate but that's it
