Pledged in kickstarter but didn't get any e-mail by now, how to proceed?

Hi, I pledged in Kickstarted for one of the basic packs and still haven't got any return for it, even though in the "What's next" said that contact would be made by 8-10 August.
Anyone else having this kind of issue? Is everyone like that?

@languev We will get it soon i guess, as soon Jacopo is back from vacation.
Kickstarter itself need 2weeks to proof all payments, then they give the project free to move on.
So just be patient as we all are

I get that they are on vacation, and delays to the schedule were inevitable, but it is still painful to me for a schedule to be missed with no update so soon after the kickstarter.
I know it doesn't actually mean anything about the games development, but it still strikes me as a bad omen and does not instill me with more hope for the project. It is hard to keep the faith for new, untested teams when this sorta thing is the first impression backers see after the kickstarter.

So i guess, everyone got it now.

Now the next question is.. where will it show on the fractured web site what you have pledged. While I triple checked my user name I would still like to see an indication that it is properly linked.

@trelia The system have still to be implemented, if i remember correct from the roadmap it will take some days max, and some more to implement the store here..

So i guess, everyone got it now.Me too. Everyone should make sure they respond to it, otherwise the devs can't link your pledge to your account here.
