"Boss" Monsters?

Will there be any monsters that are considerably stronger than others? Could the founders (like, the people who bought the highest KS rank) make them?

first question, yes there will be. about 90% of the PvE content will be soloable and to give some sort of danger there will be 'boss' or named mobs scattered throughout the land.

Boss monsters should also give much better loot than other "normal" monsters.

Chances are that boss monsters will spawn with pseudo-randomized times and locations to avoid the camping that would otherwise occur in a game that aimed to have as few distinct servers as possible.
