Fractured suppose to revive MMORPG genre?

Being a player of World of Warcraft for a while, do you think that this game is suppose to revive the MMORPG genre, that died after the decrease of World of Warcraft?

My opinion this will ultimately revive the niche crowd of, UltimaOnline, Runescape, Albion, Pathofexile, etc. but also regular MMOer's as-well seeing as they are trying to fix the Gap between hardcore PvP and epic PvE and create the perfect balance.

Nah, I think that's too grandiose.
If things come together, Fractured will be the natural next step in the spiritual succession from Diablo II => Multi-player Diablo II (PoE) => Actual MMORPG Diablo II (Fractured)
