npc cities

i know were trying to break away from the norm with this game. and i know we have the two starter cities but i think we need a few areas to be owned by npcs so as to provide a haven for the bad guys and or solo players. yes i know everyones cities can be accessed by all but the ppl who want a true leave me alone situation and still be able to craft. or be a criminal and call that city home without having to worry about being camped if a player owned city turns on you. was just thinking

Player cities already disable PvP, so no real need for an NPC city to create that effect. No reason a group of evil-minded folks can't band together and create Banditopolis or whatever.
-
definitely need banditopolis

The haven for the bad guys is Tartaros. The haven for the good guys is Arboreus.
Not quite what you wanted, I know. =/

The game mechanics right now support evil aligned cities, there is no need for NPC cities doing that.
Also, IIRC Prometheus was quite adamant against NPC cities.

yes i understand the good world and bad world concepts but with this being the middle ground it needs to lean more twards good so that the bad can also accel. if the middle world ends up being more bad then the world will collapse

@Birthright They are adding consequences starting in the next test. So I'm sure we'll start to see 'law and order' rule the day, most of the time.

I'm more interested if, since this is leaning towards sandbox, shall we be able to use our bodies "as a resource", and make some profit on the side like that. And shall we need a room in the inn for that, or can we "do business" wherever we want to?
