Question regarding Palace Blueprint usage from Founders pack

Hi, for those who purchased the Founders packs with the palace blueprints...how do you make use of it ingame?
Are the blueprints avail yet? How do you claim a plot and apply the blueprint?
I don't see the Palace blueprint in my crafting panel?
Totally new so please forgive me if this question seems uneducated.

All blueprints from Founder's Packs will become active only when the game goes live. During Alpha and Beta access, no specialty blueprints will be available. As your new, you wouldn't have seen this, but it has been answered on numerous occasions. I recommend going through the forums and catching up on some known questions before repeating the same question that has been posted a 100 times or more.

@GamerSeuss Well, they will likely become active at some point before the game goes live, but currently they aren't available yet.

Question is how long it will take you to finish the palace. It will likely be a larger effort.
But perhaps if its available in some testing phase, the requrements will be temporarily lowered for testing purposes.
