[Harbour Tax] Tax doesn't fill up your Town Treasury?

Maybe i see it wrong and the Tax isn't something that your town earns.
I do not see any Tax going to your bank.
Maybe nobody used our Harbor yet, but i can't imagine that it is like this.
I used at least once the harbor and it took the tax from me at the starting Harbor, but it never was going to the towns money.

I traveled via the Docks to your town, so at least one person did use your docks for their destination.

At least there is one person you can rely on.But then it is confirmed, the Tax is not going to the Treasury.

@Kralith we didn't do anything eheh. Is it possible you though the tax is a tax for leaving your harbor, when it's actually a tax for arriving at your harbor?

@Prometheus I know that @Ostaff was traveling to our harbor before the patch, and in our log never was anything about Tax.
Also myself was traveling from Roccandils town to our harbor and tax got payed by me, but never came up in our townhall.
I even counted gold income and it did not raised.The first entry at our log we got after 2.4.1 patch.
