If you build on private lot out in world. Its large enough to set up two houses! Just and FYI. Made me a little spot. Screen is not large enough to capture it all.

I like the idea of being able to place a small settlement which isn't considered town sized but being able to be accessed by maybe up to 4-6 players. No town buildings just your own houses with maybe a small area in the middle for work stations.

@Farlander The plot is owned by one person but you can give permission to use other house items to others .
