I finished the skeletal knight and warrior after the patch and they went to 102%.
Does is matter if they were started before the patch?@kellewic said he would double check since he hadn't been up to the ruins yet.

I made a new character and it's still happening as of about 30 minutes from this post.

I can only second that. Still happening since the last patch. It often doesn't even show creature knowledge completed until over 100% (like 102%) is reached.
