Didn't get my newsletter

Any idea why I didn't get my newsletter (from 1st February) and what should I do to get it? Wait for it (maybe it'll arrive), write to support or maybe something else?

@specter Yeah, I've checked all of my new emails. No one of them is newsletter from Fractured.

@specter you're not using free plan, right? that would limit mails to 300 daily.

@krzych2 the latest newsletter was filtered by your email provider as spam. That's really weird considering you've received all the previous one regularly! Please add newsletter@fracturedmmo.com (or the whole domain, whatever option your mail provider allows) as trusted sender so it should no longer happen.
@Stormy the newsletter to you is reported as delivered, so it should be in your inbox somewhere. Since you're using gmail, if you're opening it from the browser, please check the infamous "Promotions" tab - it might be there! :slight_smile:

@Prometheus Thank you. I was so stupid and fast that I already deleted it. Found it in the Trash.

Mine ended up in the trash folder. Good thing I always check the mails in there before I permanently delete them.
