The school of Restoration!?

What do you guys know about the restoration school so far?
Is school of restoration the only healing school to follow if you want to be a healer ?

Would be nice to have more. One more focussed on heals over time, one more focussed on big heals and more focussed on shields or buffs.

I haven't heard anything about the others but Blood Magic is part of Necromancy, but from the way the spotlight is worded it doesn't sound like it will be used for healing.

@Vengu Was just a suggestion on what they could implement to the game. I just shotted the most common! Blood could be the only good one for demons or at least the 1st thing I though

Yeah! I hope they can tell us more about it on the future.. Maybe add new schools for healers would be nice as well

There are healing and support spells scattered around other schools as well, with different mechanics. However, don't forget you aren't really meant to to build a character with Restoration spells only - or with spells from one school only in general

@prometheus A question just came to my mind, if a healer cast a heal area for his friends, if a demon enter in it, will he be healed to ? Or it's like the others MMO, you can only heal your friends/group ?

Tageted location heals should work only with party/raid members. Single target should be castable on all friendly targets ;). WellI suppose this

Thats really nice to hear @Prometheus excited to see how some of the other schools heals may work. Loved back in DOTA (wow3 version) playing the healer that used her own life to heal but had high health regen. Having unique ways is always fun.
