Random hidden dungeons by map.
-
A system where the dungeon was randomized by the map bringing a deeper immersion into the PVE exploit issue, in the random dungeons they would always change position by the map, once every 12 hours, once changed depending on their locality monsters, creatures and bosses would be altered, so for the open world playes when exploring the map the search for the dungeon would enable more pvp and more pve, I bring this proposal since I have never seen and experienced anything similar in the games I played and would like to know if such a system could be implemented in Fractured.
-
@Morlockk Well I have seen such a system in Albion Online. Links to news here:
Anyway, I would also like to see something similiar in Fractured.
-
I watched an Anime based on something similar. The premise was that dungeons would randomly spawn and would stay there for a set time or until someone beat it.
-
Not sure if it would be implemented well in this game, especially on Tartaros, which is PvP focused.
-
Isn't that somewhat the idea behind asteroids in Fractured, or am I missing something with your proposal?
-
Couldn't the labyrinth be something like that? That the entrance location change from time to time, like switching the planets.

Specter's answered for this same topic:

Asteroids are more like zones, not dungeons. They can be procedurally generated though. For those who want randomized dungeons, there's the labyrinth. I don't know if there are any other randomized dungeons."This was discussed shortly in this thread: ..ideas from other games

I'd like to see pseudo-random dungeons, that spawn when open-world conditions are met. For instance, spawn a dire bear dungeon when X number of bears are killed.

@Roccandil Unlocking content based on players actions. Absolutly fantastic idea!
