Access to Schools of Magic to different races

Are different Schools of Magic going to be equally accessible to different races? Can I make a demon that can heal and use abjuration magic? Or will it be impossible/near impossible to get those abilities?

No, there will be a few race specific skils, but almost all knowledge is accessible to all races

if it's race specific then i dont consider it part of the knowledge system.

I see this as your character being "tabula rasa" on the start (with only few starting skills), and then how you fill it up with knowledge and how you (ab)use the gained knowledge is your choice.
This goes for everyone regardless of race and given starting position. All choices are unlocked.
