I have been lucky not to need his assistance yet but having active mods/admins is frankly becoming a must in games like this and especially great during testing <3.

The Life Regen from the Tireless talent does not give any life regen and the The Unwearying talent does not seem to do anything anymore since there is no endurance bar.
Since it's a guild thing I think the main idea is, as @dj35 said, to have dedicated farmers. Maybe it's not your thing, but some people like to farm. Others like to pvp, pve, craft, gather resources, play the market, organize guild events and so on.
