I could have a sword but be a caster. I could have a staff but be a melee'er. I could have either of those but be a supporter.

and that works for small battles of say less than 5 per side. Imagine getting into a battle where you can't see everyone because they're off screen!

I didn't know this, but I'm glad that I do now. I like the sound of that.
