@bedin Fractured is still in development, so you can't play it yet. What you're referring to is The Foundation, a way for fans to earn rewards for the upcoming game by participating on the forum and social media.

RE: Suggestion about daily message quest
@gothix We already have the drawings to reward constructive posts. The daily mainly exists to encourage members to return to the website.

RE: Fractured Forums Mobile
@rainstorm26 @Finland Don't get too excited. Most of the time it's just bug fixes and maybe a few small changes. Don't expect a complete forum overhaul.

RE: Language Translations
@cognitive It will depend on the demand from the various communities. For more info, check this post.

RE: Hola, soy nuevo, este juego va a ser pago o free to play.
@tatovzla Fractured will be buy to play with a cosmetic cash shop.

RE: Have bows in game? and what day release pre-alpha?
@pdzinho The pre-alpha is scheduled for late this year. Fractured will certainly have ranged weapons, including bows.
-
RE: Weekly Drawings
@phaethonas Well, he would have to advertise the game in order to qualify for the ambassador drawing. Simply posting art somewhere without context doesn't count.

RE: There are a Spanish Forum?
@meffecter The question has been answered by Finland. I'm closing this thread now.

RE: When is it out
@blackhoke It's still too early to set a date for the beta.

RE: Weekly Drawings
@neves The drawings are a way for fans to earn more Foundation Points, and pre-alpha access is the reward at the top. The drawing has nothing to do with being an artist, that's probably just your translation program giving you the wrong translation. Translate the word "raffle" instead, that's what we mean with "drawing". Also, if you want to play the game, you will have to purchase it.

RE: Gameplay suggestion after seeing vid
@benseine Different races have different movement speeds, so you will certainly see a difference when multiple races are playing together. Besides that, there are various mounts and movement skills that will set players further apart.
- Fractured is not as gear-based as Albion, and progression is largely horizontal. A veteran player will have more options, but won't necessarily be stronger than a new player.
- Fractured is B2P with a cosmetic cash shop.
- The developers have said they don't want Fractured to be grindy. In the end it largely boils down to player perception though. For some people, completing the knowledge system might be seen as a grind.
- The Fractured world will be quite lively. One example is the aging of wildlife Prometheus talked about in the gameplay video. Players can also interact with the environment through various ways.
- I think zerging is pretty hard to avoid, but with all the options the knowledge system provides, you will have various ways to deal with it. For example, as mentioned on the website, players can freeze a river and then melt it once an enemy tries to walk across. Such tactic would probably be very effective against a zerg.
- Fractured will have a lot of content to offer beyond building and exploration, like dungeons and events.

RE: First Fractured Gameplay Video Released!
@phaethonas I can answer some of these questions:
2: Yes, grouping will be possible.
5: You will be able to mine rocks and chop trees. Also, various skills will interact with the environment. (Ice freezes water, fire burns things, etc).
6: Fractured's movement is mouse-based. No WSAD.
8: You can read more about procedural generation in the first State of the Game and the sprint recaps. -
RE: Weekly Drawings - Be Active & Win Foundation Points!
@korelus In order to qualify for the ambassador drawing, you have to advertise Fractured to a large audience. Sharing a referral with a friend does not count. If we allowed that, every person who has ever recruited a friend would qualify for the ambassador drawing. The Foundation already has a build-in reward system for members who recruit friends.

RE: Fechas
@enyels The Kickstarter is scheduled for June, the pre-alpha is scheduled for late this year and alpha 1 starts after that. You will be able to buy access to the alpha waves and beta through the Kickstarter. (Except for the pre-alpha, that's a reward from the Foundation.)

RE: Where can I found sechedule..
@cwo51d You mean a schedule for the development of Fractured? The Kickstarter is scheduled for June, the pre-alpha is scheduled for late this year and alpha 1 starts after that.

RE: First Fractured Gameplay Video Released!
@baslak The Kickstarter is planned for June.

RE: the kickstarter project link
@lucassilva The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled for June. I don't know much about the contents of the various pledges but I've yet to encounter a Kickstarter campaign that didn't reward the base game.
