@Prometheus keep kicking butt man! This game is gaining the momentum needed to start cracking into the stretch goals! Might be a good idea to pop the first one out and let people see one! Anyway.... this is a great update, lots of answers to questions and more. I might be able to upgrade and if I can stick to a cup-a-soup instead of a night out (without letting the wife know why) it will be easy! Shhhh... no one say a word!

RE: Identifying Items
I like the idea. It would be nice to have a mechanic like this, enchanting, identify, repair all of this could be done much safer. You could even have a work station where you would have to put all the required items (if items are needed) and the skilled tradesman would simply have to apply their skill. This trade station could also contain prepayment of either items or cash and once the tradesman uses their skill it completes the trade giving both their respective items.

RE: 💯The reputation of the account
It is quite difficult to see and it did take me a while before I noticed it. Nice post, hope it helps some of the new people here. Might be a good idea to bump this once and a while, and definitely when the kickstarter starts up!

Server events and live interactions
Being a old school vet MMORPG gamer I have seen many different forms of interaction, some good, some bad some game changing epic. My first full time MMORPG was EverQuest. That was the best sandbox game ever made in my opinion. It was far from perfect but its was the right game at the right time for me. I dabbled in pretty much every MMO after it and other than an extended stay with WoW and a love hate relationship with the first PlanetSide nothing stuck like EQ.
With that said I would like to share some experiences I had in EQ and other games that were memorable. In EQ I remember the early days you had to /petition to get your last name added at level 20, and if you got a good GM it became an event. I got a good one. It was EPIC, I felt much much more attached to both the character I was playing and the game world. There were random GM based events in EQ that would just happen, you would gather the forces and fight or solve riddles that could only be solved with game lore. The loot was never super amazing for the events but the events were always good fun and social. I did however get stuck in a GM event that delayed me and the guild I was in from doing something, and that delay ruined the night so it was not all good all the time.
Server events are another thing, waking the sleeper in EQ was quite an event and depending on what you and your guild wanted to do once it happened it was over and everything changed. It caused great strife with my guild and the guild that woke the sleeper but it was still memorable as it was a sever wide event and done quite well. Some other games did this stuff as well, Rift, and EQII but none on that level.
The thing I have noticed is that developers and GM staff have become more and more hands off once games go live. There is less personal interaction as games strive for numbers more than player experiences. WoW and the way it was done streamlined and canned the MMORPG for the masses, no longer just for the niche market. It was fun to an extent but as time went on it became less and less about the characters and more and more about streamlined meta.
Me... I am looking for a game that has life, not hand holding canned quests with a linear level path in a world that is safe if you follow the level path. I want to dodge specters and stay out of the path of giants, I want fear. I want to see this world cared for with active GMs, fun events and at times server changing epic events. I want to feel like I have an active part, and want to be rewarded for my activity. I am active in most new MMORPGs out there, still looking, hoping.

RE: Daily Message posting
I was talking to the "Frosty Chicken" sticker on my toasters waffle microwave today and it specifically told me to post something in this very forum. I want to be as cool as Frosty Chicken.... please tell me I am cool by up voting me. If I get enough up votes I can wear the "This Guy is Important" sticker for a day.

What was/is your favorite ARPG and why?
Me... always been a big Diablo fan. From day one. I was one of the people in on the hoax of the "Secret Cow Level" back with the original Diablo. I created a site based entirely on how to get there and what to expect (all screen shots fabricated by me). I saw a screen shot that I created on an official Diablo video recanting the lore of the secret cow level and I was pretty excited to know that I contributed to the lore. It was far from my idea but I was one of the few that took it to the next level and got people to seriously believe. I got in some hot water with the dev team when I posted a joke about using a dos script to get into the cow level, a couple people I guess actually tried it.... it was a script to format your hard drive, I posted at the end of the post that contained the script that it was a joke and not to do it, guess they never got that far in the paragraph. I thought most people were smart enough to know what /Format was... oops.
That aside Diablo was always big on story and show, the loot was good and just random enough to think you can get one better. All about the loot. Wolcen is a decent ARPG right now and its nearing a beta phase, good strong dev team, backed it on kicstarter. Never could get hooked on Grim Dawn, felt empty in some ways, it had its moments but I always quit before finishing. Titans Quest was awesome and it's current reboot has merit. That game can be brutal. If you mess up your class it will beat you without mercy.
Looking forward to some good time in Fractured. I like what I have seen thus far!

RE: The PvE vs PvP Thread
The problem I have always had with MMOs that do both is they end up balancing to one end. Be it PvP or PvE, one side is considered over the other for balance and that side is usually PvP. PvE can at times suffer for it. I just hope that whatever they chose for the game they stick with it. You do at times have to step on a few toes, some of those toes are attached to the loudest people, but in the end its the developers creation, their long term vision. Games fail fast when the developer is second guessing their vision.

RE: The Fractured Store Is Live!
@prometheus please do! and @tulukaruk most games (Ashes of Creation, Star Citizen, Crowfall..) get physical merchandise out as soon as possible. You get to be a walking talking advertisement for the game. I have had people ask me what I am wearing and it has created interest in the game. Also after making an investment in a game its nice to have something you can put your hands on.

Curious to see how it gets set up for future upgrades.

RE: Suggestion ingame pub
Have we discussed strip clubs? I bet the quests you get there lead one to need remedy potions, but the exp is amazing.

RE: PETS!
2 miniature schnauzers (one is just a month and a half old) a 16 year old Severe Macaw and a 26 year old Quaker Parrot. I am a bird person and my wife is a dog person. We adopted the Macaw from a neighbor that was moving but I had the Quaker since he was a baby. The Quaker is my bird alone, and I fully trust that bird 100% and he has the same trust in me, the Macaw bonds more with my wife as he was initially bonded with a female but we have become great friends and as long as we are alone he is super cool with me... but if my wife is around he only wants her attention, I have a couple nasty scars from her entering a room while we were playing and I didn't see her first.

RE: Suggestion ingame pub
@darian it only gets strange when you add in the beast men, I mean there is the whole "Furry" movement... but... well... I guess if a demon wants to stay up all night and howl at the moon... there is an option for that and if there is an option... some one has found a way to sell it to you.

RE: Greetings!
