@baaldas yeah that sounds not right. Maybe describe with a screenshot of your inventory, and the place where you logout, then a screenshot after login. Should be enough for investigation. Especially if that happens every time.
Does it happen also if you just relog or after 10 minutes instead of an hour?
Ahh and write down your Character ID, it is seen in character menu at your toon. -

@Kaluvel der is no issue with that, for crafting past Tier 1 you need to research first. That means the town where you are in need to chose that Research, when they get research points with ranking up. Tier 3 btw. is reachable not before Rank 5

As for the bank, you would need to be at least Rank 1 of the town, to get the first 2 Research Points. We didn‘t build the bank at first step, since we was very close to the starter town. But now we finally have one, Shiva and another one (don’t remember who) was building it just an hour ago.

@Arebon not sure, if that will be a good system.
The towns are designed to work independent of being in a special guild, even if you surely can control a town guild internal, if you have enough people.
But if you make it depended on guild size, a group of smaller guilds never would get the benefit to make a town.
You would force them to give up their own guild concept and join another guild just for that. -

@Rabenfeder Powering up the Server won't fix yesterdays problem.
The Server was going crazy in reason for some bug in the code. That caused the never ending login queue.
Such things happens in an Alpha, thats the cause game studios doing AlphasUsually you maybe have some login queue at the first hour of the game, when all want to login at same time, but that is fast over.
Also, they use a Cloudsystem for running the server, i bet they are strong enough to handle the requests.
Most of this connection issues are caused in developement itself, some broken functions and you will have a big mess -

The server usually don't have a problem, if you mean the yesterdays problem, it wasn't related on a "too weak server", there was an issue with the implementation of the code, probably the worker. A "stronger server" wont fix that.stop implementing new city changes til you make core changes to the game stability itself
The city change IS a core feature.
Why they should stop that? Thats essential for the game, that we have a working City-System.still HELLA CHOPPY even on great computers
Don't know what you mean, my 4 years old computer can handle the game very well.
Please make a more precise statement, whats choppy and where your problems are related.this is me complaining but by god after years it seems like we're playing day 1 alpha. sorry not sorry.

don't count on QoL upgrades during Alpha, most developers deprioritize QoL until late Beta, as they want to get the mechanics right first, as changes in the mechanics superstructure can sometimes fix or cause more issues in QoL and they need to be addressed during the 'cleanup' part of development
I don't think Maze is counting on an "fix" during Alpha.
I think it is important to give even QoL feedbacks in this phase, even we are aware about, that it is getting investigated not before Beta.
And sometimes even a QoL feedback is taken to change entire mechanics during Alpha, as we see now with the huge City Changes. -

This is already known by devs, that there is a visible bug for characters.

I didn't see anything about this in chat, so I'm pretty sure it was just my game-instance that was affected.When I logged out and tried to log back in again (to see if it fixed the town), it went to the "connecting to server" loading screen, loaded for a moment, and then put me back on the character selection screen.
Exiting and reopening the game did not fix this.
This always happens, if you have direct connection issues to the server.
Either your connection has client wise a problem or you hitted the Server-Problem time yesterday, when we all had connection problems.
This "not seen anything anymore" or "cant interact at all" is always a good indicator, that you aren't connected to the server anymore. Your client sometimes need a longer time to kick you out of the game. -

The Forum-Spamfilter is sometimes a bit petty.
I am writing my lists mostly in a texteditor and posting it later.
Maybe even better to make own bug report for each problem or adding it to already made bugreports, to give them a better hearing.
But a list is also okay, if you use it as your own notepad, but as said, the better way would be to use an texteditor and post it on forum just for an hourly/daily update on your list. -

I can confirm, that that is still a problem.
It was reported last test by me. @Stacy555 as i know it never happened before, so a change between A2.3 and A2.4 can be the reason.

When we still had a collision control for them, you could kick them, but now you can't.
But as @GamerSeuss said, it is not a really big problem, maybe just an annoying one, if they fix it for beta i am okay with it. There are other problems that are more important. -

@Vonegram small hint, make a Title that describe your bug report. Like "Smelter not accessible" or so. It helps us, to find the reports and add things we experienced.
As for the report itself:
I didn't build a smelter on my personal plot yet, so i don't know how their behaviour is, but i was experiencing in the past, that if a Co-Owner builds something on your plot, the owner also need to set the permissions on them before they become accessible.
I would expect, that the co-owner can do this too, but i also know, that there are some problems with this permission.
As for Iron, i am not sure, if this is maybe some stuff you will need a special Research at the town first. Can you smelting anything else in it? -
[QoL] Better Management of Town Citizen
Yesterday was a very exhausting day.
As you all know, i have a kind of Community City, that went quite big.
When the application to sign in was open, i made myself a list of all participating guilds and sorted their account names to it.
Ingame it was for this reason a big mess, since you just see the account names and you aren't able to match them to the ingame names unless you talk with each of them, who running around.
Also we got many new requests, and we need to talk to each of them, who they are, since the ingame names often are different from the account name. Talking isn't possible in a whisper, so everyone who is around also is hearing, who are related to an accounts name, even if you just talk in local chat.For this reason i wish for the future a system, where at least Governor and Vice-Governor can see, which charakter is related to the account name in the Town Register.
It can be a mouseover tooltip or directly written on the list itself, maybe as a second column, thats just visible to (Vice-)Governors.
It would be a huge help to manage a town.Also i want to suggest to have some "online indicator" for the citizen.
I don't mean the same as we have for guilds and party now, i mean more like another column in the town register, that shows if the citizen ever was online (helpful for never shown up people who registered over the map) and such like when last seen (like "today", "yesterday", "a week ago"....)
This helps to spot active and non active Citizen.Another point for managing would be to see, which citizen has a personal plot claimed. That would be another column in the town register, maybe just with a housing symbol, thats green (plot at City Center), yellow (Plot at Residental Area) or grey (not claimed).
This would help to be able to know with which citizen we need to talk about getting own house, since it has a direct influence to the towns growing needs.These extra columns should be restricted to (Vice-)Governors, since these informations can be very abusable by people who are just in the town to lurk for informations.

[A2.5.x] Permission "Guild" on personal Plots still not working
As said, the permission "Guild" on personal house chests and stations is still not working. To give your guildies access to your stuff seems to work sometimes, but mostly not. You need to invite all to your friendlist, if you want to give them rights.
In previous test bug reports was mentionend, that it may help to leave and rejoin the guild, that i didn't test yet. But even that works, it would be just a workaround.
