RE: Ranged damage feels too high.
So when that is fixed I won't get oneshot by Bow users anymore?

RE: Newcomer
We do have a old roadmap but it is very outdated. Also the naming of the Tests has changed from e.g. Alpha 2 - Test 3 to Fall Alpha.
I think we can expect Beta sometime next year though. The old roadmap:
The VIP contenta will be on @full release?
Ye, we probably won't see all the cosmetic and VIP stuff until a late beta stage or release.

RE: Newcomer
Hello and Welcome o/
In short, the World of Fractured is split into three Planets, where the content on each planet will cater to one of the playsytles. One PvE Planet (Arboreus), one PvX planet (Syndesia) and one PvP planet (Tartaros). There is limited travelling between the planets, but about 80% of the PvE Planet is a safe zone where open world PvP is non existent.
Dependent of which race you choose, you will start out on a different Planet and have options for playing a corresponding playsyle.
I recommend reading the Feature Spotlights on the Fractured Homepage for a deeper look into this:
The Alpha takes place on one of the continents (Myr) of Syndesia. We most likely won't see the other races / planets until sometime in beta.

RE: Long overdue, forgive me I’ve been enjoying VR - Some Gameplay feedback

Having to hockey the spell then click the mob can cause problems because of other characters or trees in the way.
I did test mage in the last test and... from my experience you only need to hover your mouse over the target and press the spell, and not also click on the target. For most skills you don't even need a target if I remember correctly. While I did not test all skills I am pretty sure this is how it works for most of them?

That link leads to nowhere
You meant this right?
