А если у него (разработчика) потребовать авторизацию через Стим? тем кто купил игру, но как это сделать если Fractured в Стим заблокирован для доступа из России?

Я добавлю... У меня нет проблем к доступу игры через Стим, но я не могу играть через Стим, потому что в Стиме у меня игра не куплена и это забавно) потому что у меня куплен пакет за 300 евро, но я не могу играть через Стим...

The game has only 1 server right now, and expects possibly 2 at launch, neither of which is currently scheduled to be SEA. Initially its NA and EU, either of which should be equally as appealing to SEA players overall.

А где часто задаваемый вопрос про блокировку доступа из России? Хотя игра уже куплена.
