Unable to log in to Alpha 1 Test 2

When attempting to log into the game I get an error stating that I do not have access to Alpha 1 Test 1 yet I have purchased the "Knight" level pledge pack.

I figured it out. I was using a +modifier on my email address.
If an admin could contact me about changing my email back without the modifier, that would be helpful. Currently the email attached to my account is one I use for a spam trap.
When I attempt to change it back through the account options I get an error stating that my email is already in use.
