I have a YouTube channel for the Brazilian MMORPG community, and in particular every week videos called "Rapidinhas da Semana" oddly enough I said I suffered Fractured this week! Follow the link in the exact part of the video:
Hope you enjoy!

I have a relatively small audience of just over a thousand people for a novel I write online. I'm happy to spread the word on something that could be pretty cool.

Hello there,
Is this valid only for new posts or do old ones also count? I have been doing some word spreading about Fractured since the Open Test. You can check my video totally about Fractured the Open Test on this link (
). I am already preparing the new video for this testHope you guys like them!

Heya Prometheus and Specter!
Glad to see y'all still going strong I was very impressed by what I saw recently, so much so I've been reconsidering my long-standing stance again so I've been poking around some of the communities I've been around to see if anyone might be interested :
Especially in the case of Chronicles of Elyria's community, a game that just completely collapsed, some players are looking for a new home!
I'll keep poking around
Cya!

Just a few notes.
1: I generally don't count entries on Twitter and Facebook unless you're a big influencer since we already have Foundation quests related to those.
2: I see that some people are just spamming their refcode. Please put a bit more effort in it than that.
3: @Sewtrek @Karllos I see three adverts for Fractured back to back in the same Discord. I don't fall for that.

@Prometheus so its okay for me as a smaller creator to mislead my small following of fans by hyping a game and having the same experience mentioned above. None of my friends trust my opinons on games now after many disappointments so. Giveaways for access shouldn't be setup to make 100 people hype a game they know nothing about to what up your google presence? Rather not sit here and compete with small creators to see who can hype up a game we never played best.

An angle maybe you can use: to present the game openly to your followers and simply ask them what they think of it, if they've heard, any opinion, etc. And if they ask you why you're mentionning it, just be honest... Maybe you're intrigued, but the developer isn't offering media keys for now, etc. so you wanted to ask them what they thought so you might win one.
That's "positive" attention, I believe, in the sense @Prometheus meant it in the OP, i.e. something that might get the discussion going about the game (or not, who knows) or just bring attention. The OP has a rather game-appreciation neutral tone wording for how they want the entry; using terms like "just talk about", "letting the world know", "heartfelt, creative, effective", "meaningful", "personal", "isn't spammy", don't mean you have to approve or vouch for the game.
Conversely, OP mentions "a positive reaction", which might just be an "hmm looks intriguing", being merely as opposed to a negative post (i.e. don't flame the game/troll it or troll ppl). And then "You could describe and recommend" which is merely a suggestion, or veilleity @Prometheus is expressing. I think he can get a pass on this one, given how much work these folks must be putting in this.
And trust your followers, they sure won't judge you for making a couple short posts, so what's the cost/risk for you? Plus, in return, that may land you a free key for the test. Seems like the developer has more to lose (1 or more sales) than you (one or a couple posts?) in terms of the market-equivalent value of the alpha 2 key. Maybe that's a fairer trade-off.
On the other hand, complaining about wanting to get a key upfront -- at a stage where they decided not to be marketing to influencers -- sounds a bit pathetic at best, sorry to say, but that's my opinion. Maybe if you value so highly your own posts they'd have been spent better on your followers instead of here.
Anyhow, that's my suggestion, take it as you will I think it's a better use of everyone's energy and is more respectful done that way, instead of whiny posts.
