Abilities and Elements
I just liked to know if we would be able to shove an element (like fire) and place it into a... sword ability so it turns into a fire sword ability making it more powerful in 1 area but weaker to another, unless it's going to be entirely weapon enchant based on what extra ability damages do (like enchanting a sword with fire element)
That would be fun, but I haven't seen any indication that it's going to happen, other than perhaps enchanting a weapon with an element. I love the idea of customizing abilities, even though it would be a balancing nightmare.
Camelot Unchained is implementing something a bit like this, and it's been surprizingly labor intensive for them. It involved a a full-blown architectural rewrite of their ability system to get it to work effectively.
It's a neat feature idea, but in practice I suspect this level of abstraction for abilities might be outside the scope of what is intended for Fractured.
Would enjoy being proven wrong though.
