Backgrounds and Lore

Do you know if Backgrounds and Lore are already set and written? I mean backgrounds of every race/sub race, and the Lore or the story of the 3 planets, are they already done, or is it something the community can edit or help figuring it out?

I was thinking that dev could involve community on this...

@randalf They now want to finish the pre-alpha, and then do lore for alpha, not to disappoint fans
First you need to make the game playable and check for bugs( pre-alpha), and then make it tasty and attractive (alpha)
