Will there be Mounted Fights? or/and what kind of mounts

It might be hard and propably my answer is no. But i come up with an idea.
- My first hardcore-full loot game was "Rage of Mages 2" so in that game there was mounted fighters that they do auto attacks on the horse. I think at least being able to do it could be fine.
in second phase of topic, i want to ask that if there wont be any mounted fight, will there ever be mounts? and what kind of mounts there will be. What types of usage we might have with them.

@memokal I read somewhere that fighting on mounts will not be, but it's not exactly

Mounted combat is not planned for Fractured. Mounts will be used for speed out of combat - and yes, @Bomber, there will be a good variety. Not only horses @Vulcan
You can already see a few in The Foundation!
Pets are a completely different story, they can fight and you can totally make a "beastmaster" build based on pets like @Nelchael mentioned!
