OK, I created an account, but I don't have enough rank to hype it. I posted on a few threads. I guess I'll keep checking back over the next few days to try to hype it.

It just takes some activity from your account, and then they reset the rankings, your rank gets updated.
I just did the same thing recently, it doesn't take long.

And if you need more activity points just write something in the forums on 2 or 3 days and you will be able to cast your hype. Even better if you post in the Fractured section

I wanted to vote, but you can't just create an account and vote. Too many requirements... Oh well, I suppose it makes sense so you can't arbitrarily boost votes. Will work on getting the activity points... but I doubt it will leave much time left in the KS
