Will there be any kind of single play.. campaign of some sort?

most sandbox games do not offer a campaign. But Fractured is pretty different. They could tell a story but I'm not how well it'd be with open world pvp.

As open World PvP is not everyone's approach in every world, there might be an option to provide PvE players with a more immersive game play experience, as they want to interact more with NPCs, rather than just hunt other players.

@shnoksy no quest or story line. Raid and dungeons will be open world. Here you have to create your own story.
