But since there is a differences on the attribute some will choose beast man and would like to be neutral like me, I want to do pvp and pve but want to take the int subclass of beastman.

perhaps more so than other games the race you choose will really depend on what you want to focus on in the game. So the best race will be the one that fits your play style.

That's not right. Beastment can do all like Humans and Demons there are not races op in pvp rather than pve.

I actually find humans most appealing due to them being able to fight for control of a planet that will be mostly visited, most traffic as everyone can travel there without harsh limitations.
Also human tech seems very appealing, giving extras to your game play, both PvE and PvP.
I am PvP focused (so I find Tartaros very appealing due to unrestricted PvP rules), but due to those nice things that humans have, I am still not sure will I start as Demon or as Human.

Actually I think that the races are well balanced in this game. The only difference you'll experience while trying to pve/pvp is the areas restricted to your race/alignment.
