No, you can buy alpha and beta access through the upcoming Kickstarter.

You can earn various rewards through the Foundation. Pets, mounts, cash shop currency, etc and ultimately a pre-alpha key for the pre-alpha only. You also have a chance to win a pre-alpha key by winning drawings.
Hoeveel komt het spel uit?
It's still way too early to give a release date. Fractured will cost €30 on release. Alternatively, you can obtain a copy of the game through the Kickstarter.
