Single Weapon Style talent doesn't give any of the stated bonuses

When putting talent points in the Single Weapon Style talent there is no evasion or extra damage added according to the character sheet.
So seems like this talent doesnt work at all.

Seems like there is some damage increase which is more noticable with higher amount of talent points used and comparing with using a shield and when not using a shield.
The evasion is harder to tell if it is there but just not updated in the character sheet or if the talent doesnt work.

Seems like the evasion in the character sheet is updated now when checking again in the a.2.6.1 patch
