Hey,
I just registered myself and I am browsing through this homepage. I'm still in the decisions-making process "Should I buy this game already?". It sounds very promising, but I often failed with (pre-)alpha purchases - and also my English could be better. Are there already German-speaking groups / guilds in this game? And can you guys try to convince me to buy this game?

@Bierbaron Greetings mate! Your english are very good to be honest! I discovered this game 2 weeks ago and i read all the articles in the "news" section but mostly those with info about the game (feature spotlight, about 8 of them i think) and the more i read the more hyped i got about it! I think that's the best way you'll get persuaded to buy it or not

There's plenty of German speaking players who have formed a good amount of groups already, but I doubt your English skill is going to be a problem.
If you should buy this game already... I doubt anybody can answer that other than you.
If you're expecting to play a game, no, I wouldn't buy now. It's an alpha, things aren't finished, plenty of stuff is still missing, even a good amount of 'basics'.
If you want to test and feel how a game is developed, maybe even have a little bit of influence on the direction the product might be taking, yes, if you're aware of the risks involved with that.

Always the decision to buy or not to buy: if you love the project, want to help make it happen and like the testing phases of gaming development (and can afford it) then buy not. If not then wait and buy latter. Also your English seems fine to me!

I read some articles about this game and I will try to do researches in the suggested sub-forums! Thanks for these advices.
I found out there was a "stresstest" for this game, where not only people, who bought this game but also people who are "just" registered here could participate and test the game for one day. Do you know if such a thing is planned for future again?Greetings!!

@Bierbaron i don't think there is something like an "open Alpha" announced at the moment but sure thing there is going to be a closed Alpha (for those with a Master pack or higher) late Feb or early March from what they say!

The decision must be made by each individual. If you like the setting (PVE world/mixed world/PVP world, the races, the skills, etc.) and if you like isometric games (no first-person perspective, no real turning of the camera), then go for it.
Whether the game will be released, I can't tell you.
