[FRAC-2265] 3x3 house does not allow me to place stuff after I have built it

I have the issue that I have built a 3x3 house, and it does not allow me to place things in it. It says that I have to be in a house that I own to place them.

My 3x3 has the same bug in Zenith city. Tried logging out and back in but no joy.
I built the 3x3 bc I had this bug with the 2x2 last test and no problem with the 3x3

tbh, I really wish y'all would prioritize this. Having it hanging over from the last test isn't looking good on you when you made time to put in harbors and trading posts.
