after building a fence i cant pick up the kart anymore still though the cha could reach it.![alt text]

You can move decorative items, so try to interact with the cart after moving the fence a bit. Then you can move the fence back to its initial position.

For that there seems to be a new function.
With that i could free my Cart that was in front of a structure and too close.
