Are you a PVP or PVE player?
-
PVE, not fan of pvp
-
I like meaningfull PVP
-
Least amount of PVE as possible so i can sucessful PVP.
-
Usually PvE
-
I like pvp!
-
Mostly PvE. But I always try PvP and often just lose and then never try again
-
PvE for me. Never cared much for PvP.
-
What's this "most?" I'm 100% PvE. Cooperative over competitive play, always and forever.
-
Both
-
I prefer competitive over communist game play.
Wait... I meant over cooperative. Yeah, that's what I meant.

PvP Player All The Way Across The Sky

Shouldn't this thread have a poll or something?
In MMOs, I am definitely a PvE player, as there are several reasons why I don't enjoy PvP:
- I am in bottom percentage of humanity when it comes to reflex or body co-ordination, so I am literally too slow to fight in a meaningful way,
- I am not competetive - given a choice between a [gear/skillset/deck/army list] that is meta-optimal-BestInSlot, and one that is thematic, fun, hilarious and/or unnecessarily complicated, I'll pick the latter every time,
- I hate losing my progress to death penalties because a bunch of miscreants decided to kick my teeth in,
- I hate making other people lose their progress,
- possibility of getting ganked puts me on edge and - at a baseline - I play MMOs to relax.
Having said that, I am going to roll a Demon character, but only for the challenge of ascending to Angelhood.
...because you can't be anxious about your toon's teeth getting kicked in, if that toon's sole purpose is to get its teeth kicked in, right?

PVP all the way

I enjoy both. PVE is a bit more important to me though. I can deal with a game not having PVP, but poor PVE content ruins it for me. For PVP I generally prefer arena style scenarios more than large scale group PVP. Open PVP can be fun in small groups tho.
