What about Dyeing armor? That could be considered a skin, you could dye different parts of the armor to make it look better than a gray-silver shining hunk of metal.

Wurm Online has dyeing armor: you have to gather the ingredients to make the dye, and your skill determines how good the dye is.
It's a cool feature.

@Eurav no i meant that doing cosmetics and skins is a fulltime job that have to be refreshed day by day, and is not a lesser aspect in devolpement. If you want a shop that work you have to find good ideas and realize majestics thing. Else you have cash out on pay to progress, pay to convenience way that require way less time but can turn away some people, like.. bdo im watching you.

I like this idea. Every month Ashes of Creation has new cosmetic items for sale: skins, pets, mounts available for purchase for a limited time then gone. They won't wreck your bank account either. I would buy the same for Fractured.
