How will buildings work?

Will buildings all be tamplate based or will we be able to build to more customized houses that can be different shapes and layouts and really whatever we want?

@breadloaf players will be able to build buildings that will be like farms, blacksmiths, etc
Guilds will be able to justify the city and manage it accordingly and improve it.
All buildings will have to be repaired

depends on how well kickstarter does. it could be added in after release.

Buildings will also react to the environment im guessing, so don't build your village near a volcano. I feel like if we give players like super true freedom on what they can build, it will be um. Interesting.

@loxreaten just remember the freedom to build everywhere come with the danger that someone will destroy your house.

Well, proper building placement will have to play a huge role on this. Especially if it'll interact with environment.

Definitely hoping the player base wants customization enough with buildings that we get the opportunity at some point to design blueprints.

I haven't. Pretty sure they're still working that out and will continue to do so during the testing phases.
