What does everyone do for a living? How do you like it? Would you suggest the younger players to pursue that path?
My trade is a diesel mechanic on heavy duty trucks. I like it because I get to work on the whole truck and I’m not limited to working on the same thing day after day. There are always new problems to figure out. I don’t like how frustrating it can be at times. You won’t get rich but you’ll make a decent living. And it’s extremely expensive to get into. Have been doing it a little over a year and have spent 10k on tools.

I'm confused. Do you mean a real job? But you said "younger players".
I've been a digital artist for probably about 15 years and unfortunately have only recently started taking it seriously, so it hasn't become a job proper just yet. I'm hoping to start putting out art more regularly and fixing my technique to be faster so I can fit more detail into the same amount of time.
I also want to get back into music, writing, and game dev like I used to do as a hobby. We'll see

@fibs
Yes real jobs hah I edited it to add that. And that sounds cool man. Glad to hear you’re taking it seriously now. I don’t have one artistic bone in my body so always a bit envious of anyone who can draw more than stick figures haha.

@finland cool man! I studied Ngo Cho Kun (5 ancestor fist) and a little tai chi. I want to get into boxing and muay thai. What does Hung Gar incorporate? type of fighting?

It's mostly tiger and crane style but it's different from northern styles. I also practice Kali that's a Philippine martial art. I prefer the "panantukan" style over Thai.

Student in 3D at the moment, one year left ^^ I love to do 3D and to draw (as if I'm not really good on PS, but I'm ok with hand drawing ^^), maybe one day I'll create my own studio
@Fibs Why not put some of your art on the forum, I'm curious
-
@finland that’s the old Greek style right? The real badass one?

I am an organic chemist working in CASE, coating, adhesive, sealant and elastomer industry. I work primarily on emulsions and waterborne technology to remove harmful and volatile chemicals from the equation for a much safer route of application. I would definitely recommend it because it is constant research and development for customers and for the current product base.
It is an art among science.
@Zwiterion I also have a degree in microbiology and never worked in the field. Instantly went to a chemical company.

I was a Logistics Officer, but then I retired. Now I play video games for a living.
