As far as I remember we said something about the development of cities (not exactly), but about the personal construction I find it difficult to answer. MB the Guild will have some privileges on this account.

Yes, but in all that time spending on the forum, I already forget about the components of rewards for LVL. I never go in there, and therefore forget about them.

I just want to have a nice plot of land and farm as a bear, is that too much to ask for.

what can we do with agricultural products ?

@ceasarbarion You can use them to cook food. Fractured has a hunger/thirst system.

@specter very nice, but is there any special food and can the special food create special effects on my character ? For example, if i eat an exellcent meal, it will buff the character's strength and give he more health.

You can have them stolen from you if you are not careful.
(I suggest finding a nice guild that suits you, with like minded folks willing to help out in times of need, rather then just soloing through the content)

Not on Arboreus
Devs said that players can't raid Arboreus Settlements but only on Syndesia and Tartaros. So there they have not to care about it
