Encumbered after putting things into tub

If you are encumbered (to heavy inventory) and putting things into the tub, you are still encumbered afterwards even though you should not.

- it can take a minute to update
- if you were moving finished goods, you may just still be encumbered
- You might just still have had too much on you.

I checked that I was around 70% of my max load (yellow color) and moved quite some time. Also I do think an update time of a minute is not acceptable for a MMO.

Sometimes picking something up in your inventory and putting it back will refresh it.

Yes, there are ways to work around this, but this is clearly a bug and should be fixed. Low prio should be fine.
