Email Validation process on website is down

New Player Here,
Email validation process on website does not work. Cannot login. The processing of my payment for founders edition to get access to Alpha, that worked no issues.
Any updates, I am missing on getting email validation to work?

they are moving databases and what not, may be buggy until the first week of febuary.

@OlivePit Thanks for the update. Will wait for support to contact me. That may have influenced my decision to purchase if I cannot play.....

@Shytok What do you mean with email validation process? The account guard system?

@Shytok There is also no test phase running right now, so even if you could validate your email, you couldn't play. It will probably be in February when the Beta starts when next you can actually play the game, but at that time, servers are then going to be set to be up 24/7 except when a major update or something necessitates they go down. Alpha is basically over with and Alpha was short test phases of no more then a month to 5 weeks uptime per quarter
