[FRAC-2306] chests and overweight

if you are overweight you cannot open any chests or bank
you cannot interact with any object.

@Aisbloc how much overweight you are?
If i am overweighted, i can open all stuff.
Did you tried to relog?

I was 200% overweight and I trash stuff to 150 and then we can open the chest. I try with like 4/5 chests and even the bank didn’t work
