How do I create a Hero Profile???

Everytime I try to create a Hero Profile, the loading page fail. Is the link broken?!?

Heya use a pc with chrome and will work for sure

1st. Check to be logged in the web site (fracturedmmo.com)
2nd. Go here https://fracturedmmo.com/hero-profile/
3rd. Fullfill everything than scroll down an click the button to save the profile

I'm unable to reproduce the problem. Did you make sure to fill everything in? Name, race, god, allignment. It's very easy to forget the name at the top. If it's still not working, could you make a screenshot of the loading page fail and send it to me?

@specter This is my screen right now. I tried it on my Microsoft Edge, Mozzila Firefox and Google Chrome navigators (I just installed the Chrome only to try again it). I deleted every cookies from my internet navigators and it's still happening. Can you please help me? =(

1. Go to fracturedmmo.com
2. Login
3. Go to "The foundation" tab
4. Select "My Hero"
5. Fullfill everything
6. Save

@finland I already tried it, but the link lead me to nowhere, as you can see on my printscreen. =/

@shaman-phoenix the link in your screen is different from mine inside your screen theres a link to your hero profile that does not exists. Anyway go to the fracturerd site! You have problems with redirect. So just open the homepage of fractured from browser without follow a redirect. Then follow what i said earlier. If you have discord i could help you better

@finland Thanks, my friend, but what you said is exactly what i did. I openned the Fractured homepage, logged in and then clicked on "My Hero" and then the link has broken. =/

Hi @Shaman-Phoenix, by intuition I guess the bug is related to the whitespace in your username :slight_smile: We'll have a look at it and fix it ASAP, hopefully tomorrow already. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Ah, that was easier than expected - usernames with whitespace are no longer allowed, but yours wasn't updated when we changed that. We just did, everything should work now - let us know :slight_smile:
