Plans for Camera Rotation?

Are there any plans for the camera angle to be rotatable?
I noticed a small compass near the mini map and tried to click it, but it does nothing as of now.

Yes, from what I have been able to gather from reading they are wanting only an isometric view game. Which means the camera will always be at the same angle. Whether or not they will allow you rotate around at that same angle I do not know, but I would think not.

@idioticmaddog it won't happen, as Jetah said.
Prometheus got this question several times and he said, that will not happen, because the fixed view is "as design".
