Bug with forum quests

Greetings to all. Sorry for my English. I can not complete any quests related to the forum, the problem arose immediately after the creation of the account. On other accounts there is no such problem. I visited topics, wrote a message, changed the avatar, of course the forum I also visited, but no experience, no received quests. I ask to solve this bug.
